Hi all
Hope you are enjoying our beautiful sunny winter's days as much as I am! And now that the Olympics have finished I can again enjoy good long sleeps of an evening!
I would like to thank those people who have been dropping off cards to send to our service men and women and those who have rung to say they are have a get together with friends to create cards over the next week. Bravo to you all! But we still want more so if you can spare a card or two or three or four, please drop them in with an envelope and if possible in a cellophane bag so we can help our men and women serving to send cards to their families and loved ones.
Now, what's happening at Photo Continental? We've had a lovely new range of papers from Fabscraps. We have the new Summer, Rustic, Victoria and Christmas ranges. We also have a huge range of international travel papers from Best Creation Inc for places such as Italy, UK, France, Greece, Venice plus cruise images.
We also have a range of the new Crafters Workshop stencils. (There's some lovely cogs for all the steampunk fans!) Plus we have received the new Dylusions colour sprays from Ranger Ink! These colours are so vibrant, are water based and acid free and can be used to give a complete colour coverage. Have a look at this video clip for some ideas then come and see us for your supplies!

Also we now have a wide range of classes on offer at PC. Classes on Quilling, Stencils, Scrapbooking, Beading and Copic markers. Plus Karen has her new sketch page classes. Pay $10 and book a place any Monday to Friday between 10.00 and 11.00 am. This includes tuition and use of tools and adhesives. You pick and pay for papers and embellishments you wish to use to suit your photos and Karen will then assist you to complete your page using the week's designed sketch layout.
I will be developing some card classes where you will make contruction/action cards using various products and techniques. These cards will have movement such as a waterfall or flip flop card. Curious? Come and do the class!
Well that's it for today. Have a lovely EKKA day off, this weekend I'm off on a stamp camp so I'll be getting supplies organised for that. And don't forget to come and see our weekly specials and grab a bargain.
Cheers
Linda
